eSIM-Compatible Phone Models

Important Notice

Your device must be unlocked and not locked to any mobile carrier to use eSIM.

⚠️ iPhones purchased in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau may not support eSIM.

Please check your phone before purchasing:
Open the Settings app → tap Cellular → check whether Add eSIM is available.

If you do not see “Add eSIM,” your iPhone most likely does not support eSIM and cannot use our service.

⚠️ Make sure your phone is carrier-unlocked

Our travel eSIMs can only be used on carrier-unlocked phones. If your phone is carrier-locked, you may not be able to install or use an eSIM from another carrier.

How to check your iPhone:
Open the Settings app → tap General → tap About → find Carrier Lock.

If it shows “No SIM restrictions,” your iPhone is carrier-unlocked and can use a travel eSIM.

Android

⚠️ Note: Some Android phones from Chinese brands may not support eSIM, even if they share the same model name. Compatibility can vary based on the region of purchase, operating system version, or carrier restrictions. Before purchasing, confirm that your phone has an EID and that the option to add an eSIM appears in Settings.

To check, dial *#06#. If an EID appears, your phone generally has eSIM capability.

However, an EID does not necessarily mean that your phone is carrier-unlocked or that every travel eSIM will work. Before purchasing, please confirm that your phone is carrier-unlocked and that you can add an eSIM in Settings.
